Hiring Process
We're looking for someone to join us as soon as possible. The interview process may vary per position, but we have certain steps that we follow that are important to us.
1. Get to know each other
We use this call to tell you all about Bloom and share more about our vision. We also would love to hear your background and see if our expectations and your experience align.
2. Meet the Team
The team lead will ask about your experience and how you've worked in the past. If that's a fit, we'll send you a case study and give you 48 hours to be creative.
3. Culture Interview
You get to speak to 2-3 other team members to get a better sense of our culture and see if you'd enjoy helping our users and building a better culture with us. We value team fit and cultural values over everything else.
4. Final conversation
You'll have a final call with the Co-Founder & CEO to discuss the position again, the future, and anything else.
We are mindful of your time
Going through all of the stages of the interview process can be as fast as one week. Once you've passed them all, we will extend a formal offer.
